I started using it the other day. I’ve been checking out a number of sites with quick meals and tasty ones. I told Bert tonight I want to sew and bake (as well as cook ( lol) of course. Tried a new recipe from Roxanna’s and boy was it good! It was a Gingerbread roll up cake the cake is baked in a jelly roll pan, then turned onto a damp the towel with a good bit of powdered sugar on it. Then rolled up like a jelly roll towel and all,,while that cools you make a filling with heavy cream, spices, etc. Then gently unroll the cake and spread the filling all over it and reroll. Frost with remaining filling, sprinkle with cinnamon, then refrigerate for a couple of hours. Yum, it was sooo good! Sure took a lot of bowls though, lol she has some great recipes. Meals as well, she’s from Romania, and is just a delight. I’m still trying to figure out how in the world you and her and every body else we know, find the time to do so much! =)
